Joining takes seconds

Search for your school or centre and tap it. Open schools let you straight in. If yours is invite only, scan the QR code from the school's poster or newsletter, or type in the code.

Got something to share?

Running the PTA disco or organising the Saturday netball? Where your school or centre allows it, parents can post events and notices too. There are a few simple community guidelines to keep it useful for everyone.

  • A reminder the day before

    Tap the bell on an event and the iPhone or Android app reminds you at 9am the day before. Gold coin in the bag, pyjamas packed, sorted.

  • Report an absence

    Sick day? Tap Report Absence and an email to your school or centre opens, ready to send.

  • Call or email the office

    Every school's and centre's phone number and email in one place, including the "press 1 for absences" bit.

Hi, I’m Paul.

I’m a local Kiwi dad and parent like many of you. I kept missing Mufti Day or forgetting which day library books were due. I realised that if I was struggling to keep track of the school calendar, other parents probably were too.

That's why I built JuggleBoard. It's not a complex management system; it's a simple, focused tool designed to help families like yours (and mine) get to the right place on the right day.

How it works

  1. Get the app

    Sign in with your Google account. There are no forms to fill in.

  2. Add your schools

    Search for your school or centre. Open ones join straight away; invite-only ones ask for their code.

  3. That's it

    Events and notices from all your schools and centres show up in one feed, and keep coming.

Is it free?

Yes. JuggleBoard is free for parents.

Is my school or centre on it?

Probably. Search for it in the app. If you can't find your school or centre, email us at support@juggleboard.com and we'll add it.

What if my school or centre doesn't use JuggleBoard?

You can still add it. Where a school or centre hasn't joined yet, parents can post its events for each other, and it's a good nudge for them to come on board.

Can other parents see who I am?

Posts show the school or centre and whether they came from staff or the community, not the name of the person who posted them. The privacy policy has the details.
