I can't find my school or centre

Search for part of the name, e.g. Juggleton rather than Juggleton Primary School. If it's still not there, email support@juggleboard.com and we'll add it.

My invite code doesn't work

Check the code with the school or centre office; codes look like ABC-123. You can also scan the QR code on the poster or newsletter in the iPhone or Android app (Scan QR Code).

I can't add a school or centre

You can have up to five schools and centres. Remove one you no longer need (see Choose your schools and centres), then add the new one.

I can't see a school's or centre's events

At invite-only schools and centres you need to enter the invite code before you can see events and notices. Tap it in Schools & centres and enter the code.

I didn't get a reminder

  • Reminders only work in the iPhone and Android apps, not on the web.
  • Check the bell on the event is turned on, and that notifications for JuggleBoard are allowed in your phone's settings.
  • Open ☰ → Pending Notifications to see which reminders are set.

I can't add an event or notice

Some schools and centres only let their staff post (Official Posts Only). Each one's access level shows under its name in Schools & centres.

Something looks wrong

Tap ↻ (top right) to refresh the feed. If your schools or permissions look out of date, open ☰ → Refresh profile. Still stuck? Email support@juggleboard.com.
