Report an absence

When your child is away, JuggleBoard opens an email to the right address at their school or centre, ready for you to write and send.

  1. Open the ☰ menu and tap Report Absence.
  2. If you have more than one, choose the school or centre.
  3. Your email app opens with an email to its absence address (or the office, if it doesn't have a separate one), with the subject Absentee.
  4. Add your child's name, their class or room, and the reason, then send it.

If you see No Email Available, the school or centre hasn't added an email address yet. Phone the office instead (see Call or email your school).
